The Cannabis Dispensary Lead is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with all aspects of store operations including coaching and developing the store team that delivers the Lightshade mission statement to every customer.The Lead is an Assistant Manager in training with the ability to do all functions, just as the Assistant Manager.
