Job description
Looking to hire an experienced, resourceful, and inventive JavaScript Application Developer to join our team. Experience with the Cisco Unified Contact Center Environment, UCCE is a requirement. This role will be responsible for the technical leadership of Finesse customization and Finesse/Salesforce platform integration. This role will work across multiple teams to develop an integrated solution.Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex web/ mobile/ desktop applications.
- Highly proficient with Java script development features with Wire Frame experience.
- Support modernization of the Cisco Finesse Agent Desktop and integration with other systems and communication channels.
- Cisco Finesse Administration and application support Gadgets, Layout, and UI Flows.
- Understand the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Have knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms.
- Use build tools, such as Webpack.
- Repair problems, test and deploy vendor patches, and upgrade software versions.
- Translate designer mock-ups into front-end code.
- Work with development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Participate in oral and written communication, as needed, to interface with diverse, multidisciplinary staff.
- Develop software application tests and testing strategies.
- Script solutions to automate manual processes.
- Follow and instruct others on version control processes.
- Develop solutions to strengthen security in and around applications.
- Leverage application metrics to inform technical and business decisions.
- Analyze industry-specific requirements/technologies and provide insight.
- U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8+ years' relevant experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodology and phase-based delivery methods.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- Experience working in large contact center environment.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, , Stash, Git, BitBucket.
