    Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Summary:

    1. Design and implement complex features in client Android applications.
    2. Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize the Android platform experience.
    3. Analyze and optimize Android applications.
    4. Test new technologies and features and construct quick prototypes.
    5. Manage code and configurations for multiple environments, as part of the release management process.
    6. Create and maintain environment configuration and controls, and ensure code integrity.
    7. Work closely with the platform team.
    8. Analyze business requirements, story-boards, and other artifacts of the scrum process.
    9. Work in an agile development environment with quick turnaround times and iterative builds.
    10. Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects to develop high level design.
    11. Lead small groups of engineers (three to five individuals).
    12. Troubleshoot business and production issues.
    13. Incorporate business vision and industry trends to produce results that benefit the business. 14. Solve and troubleshoot design and development issues and offer appropriate solutions.
    15. Communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
    16. Mentor and guide junior engineers.
    17. Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code.
    18. Has a desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
