- Associate or Bachelor's degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.

Role Summary:
A General Manager In Training (GMIT) is promoted or brought into the organization with the sole intent of being trained and prepared for a future management role within the company. This role differs from the MIT role as this individual is expected to obtain the proficiency to run a store location within days.
Training will be provided, and you will be cross trained in all aspects of the role.
* This is an in-person job and only available physically at the specified location.
* You must be over the age of 21 to be considered for this position.
