- Must be board certified in Internal Medicine;
- Board certified in pulmonary disease and board eligible in Critical Care by date of hire;
- Must be eligible to work in the US (this is not a J1 position).
- Experience working with patients with expertise in Cystic Fibrosis;
- Education experience and curriculum development.
- Interest in transitions of care for pediatric to adult patients with chronic diseases.
