- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions
- Collect and record data on client behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of intervention strategies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or related developmental disabilities
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data
