Responsibilities:
Direct comprehensive management of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, emphasizing hospital settings, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.
Foster collaboration among clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals and expectations.
Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for meticulous project documentation, tracking planning, scheduling, and progress.
Review all project specifications, drawings, and contracts to guarantee understanding and compliance.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet project demands and financial objectives.
Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, coordinating with project timelines and specifications.
Ensure strict adherence to OSHPD, HCAI, and relevant safety and health regulations across projects.
Conduct regular project meetings, providing transparent updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues promptly.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and subcontractors, underpinning project success and future business opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development within the team.


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, with extensive involvement in hospital projects.
Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel for project management purposes.
Solid understanding of OSHPD and HCAI requirements.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with superior problem-solving abilities.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pasadena, CA, with a demonstrated stable and dedicated professional history.
