    Job Tittle - Senior Electrical Engineer
    Job Location - Raleigh, NC
    Client Summary -We are a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) and Commissioning engineering design and consulting firm. We are a business specializing in the repair, renovation and rehabilitation of federal, institutional, higher education, and historic facilities.

    We are the prime consultant on nearly 80% of our projects, and we are experienced with leading multi-discipline A/E teams.


    We serve our clients' missions as if they were our own, whether supporting the warfighter or our nation's finest government and educational institutions.

    This position will report to the Vice President in charge of electrical staff in the Raleigh Office.

    Responsibilities -Help solve our client's problems.
    Design electrical systems for existing and new buildings as technical lead and assistant project manager for electrical projects.
    Provide project management and coordination of projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule. Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers of other disciplines, contractors, and other project team members.
    Identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a proactive manner.
    Build and foster relationships with potential new clients.
    Provide technical expertise to staff and clients.
    Help maintain our 95% referral rate and high contract performance ratings.


    Ideal Candidate -Good years of experience in design and construction administration of electrical building systems including lighting, lighting controls and interior and exterior power distribution.

    Strong communicator with skillset to supervise junior engineers and CAD operators as they develop contract drawings.
    Professional Engineer license.
    Proficient in either AutoCAD or Revit.
    Proficient in Lighting Analysts (AGI32) and SKM or Easypower.
    Proficient Microsoft Office applications
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Excellent planning and organizational skills.

    Strong desire to motivate, mentor, and manage the work of others supporting your projects, with emphasis on employee growth, project success, and overall performance.

    Ability to obtain site access at client locations.
