    Job Description


    American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a post-acute home health assignment.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in a post-acute home health setting
    • Assignment is 13 weeks, with potential for extension
    • Day shifts with flexible scheduling: Monday through Friday, Sunday through Thursday, or Tuesday through Saturday
    • Shift length is typically 8 hours, with schedule varying based on caseload
    • No weekend or holiday coverage required
    • No call or call back responsibilities
    • Uses an EMR system not specifically listed
    • Main duties involve providing physical therapy services to patients in homes within the post-acute setting
    • Assignment may continue beyond 13 weeks until the permanent position is filled
    • Local candidates within 80 miles are accepted with local pay rates applied
