    *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Director**Join our Management Team*Family Priority, LLC is a community-based agency established in 2001 to make a difference in the lives of children. We invite you to join a team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of behavior analytic services to the children and families we work with.

    We are currently hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our management team.

    Family Priority provides services to clients within a variety of funding sources throughout Northern Virginia, including Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax Counties.


    This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who is interested in expanding their managerial responsibilities while continuing to facilitate exceptional ABA programming.

    *BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)* *Director
    • Assist in the overall management of a growing ABA program (hiring, training, staffing, oversight and growth)
    • Lead, supervise and mentor a team of behavior assistants and BCBAs
    • Provide parent training and facilitate team meetings
    • Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents in the home and community
    • Provide direct service (if needed)

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $95, $120,000.00 per year
