    Location: Battlefield, MO

    Status: Full-Time | 4 days per week

    Compensation: $220,000 - $350,000+

    Daily Guarantee: $1,000 (for the first 6 months)

    Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

    You'll step into a well-supported environment with experienced assistants, hygienists, and an organized front office that ensures your day runs smoothly. Being part of a small group of nearby offices means added operational support and shared resources, providing stability often missing in private practice.

    Our mentorship is real and tailored to your needs. Dr. Bowen offers guidance based on your experience and goals, covering treatment planning, efficiency, Invisalign, and implants when you're ready. With ongoing training every two months and modern technology at your fingertips, your clinical growth is our priority.

    This is a long-term opportunity for an associate eager to become the primary provider and leader in the office. You'll quickly build a full schedule, earn the trust of patients and staff, and have the option to pursue ownership. This role is designed for a dentist who craves responsibility, autonomy, and long-term impact.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality restorative dentistry.
    • Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently.
    • Build trust with patients and the team.
    • Manage a full schedule with a focus on same-day dentistry.
    • Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and leadership for smooth operations.
    • Participate in team discussions and ongoing development.
