- Assists with receipts and dispatches of goods for the Parts Department. The Back Parts Counter Representative ensures order accuracy and maintains inventory.
- Supports in determining needs and accurately classifying parts. The Back Parts Counter Representative creates and modifies purchase orders for the appreciate party to order parts.
- Aids with processing and closing open invoices. The Back Parts Counter Representative compares invoices against requisitions to verity quality and quantity of merchandise received.
- Recognizes the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity objectives and ensures the steady flow of materials in the supply chain.
