    Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

    Opportunities in: Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and surrounding areas

    Compensation: $50-$150 per visit (dependent on visit type), PLUS mileage and travel compensation

    Status: Full time or PRN

    On average, our full time RN's make between $75,000 and $85,000 a year

    As a Home Health Registered Nurse, here's an overview of your responsibilities:

    • Deliver in-home care to patients dealing with various health conditions, injuries, and chronic diseases—often post-hospital discharge or rehab
    • Collaborate with a team of physicians and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and aides in delivering care
    • Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the attending physician
    • Educate patients on their care plan, medications, therapies, dietary requirements, and exercise routines
    • Provide guidance to family members on the patient's care plan, medications, and home safety measures
    • Ensure treatment goals are achieved and manage the patient's discharge process

    Key requirements for Home Health Registered Nurses:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Colorado
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
    • Minimum of 1200 hours of RN experience
    • Certified in Health care CPR/BLS (with a demonstration course)
    • Preferably have previous experience in home health care
    • Successfully pass a background check and drug test (including THC screening)
    • Covid vaccination not mandatory
