The Contract Administrator / Permitting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the construction and development process by managing all aspects of permitting and contract administration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in permitting or contract administration, preferably in residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of Palm Beach County permitting processes and building regulations.
