Job summary
We are seeking a hands-on Baker/Pastry Cook focused on Dough Mixing to join our opening team. This is an afternoon role that prepares the foundation for the next morning's bake.You'll mix doughs, feed starters, and ensure our production runs smoothly into the next day.

The Role:
- Mix doughs for the morning crew to shape and bake.
- Shape select products for same-day bake-off.
- Feed maintain starters making sure preferments are ready for the next day's production.
