Barr Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to lead and manage all human resources functions including payroll processing benefits administration compliance and employee relations We are hiring at the Manager or Director level based on experience This full-time salaried position offers a supportive work environment and a 4-day work week that promotes work-life balanceResponsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources including recruiting onboarding training employee relations and compliance
- Process and manage payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance supplemental coverage retirement plans
- Maintain enforce HR policies procedures compliance with state federal laws
- Furnish support guidance managers staff HR-related issues
