- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs and goals
- Provide direct therapy services to clients across various age groups and communication disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of communication disorders preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
