    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Juan Capistrano, CA New School Year
    Full-Time and Part-Time hours per week), Multiple Openings Available
    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and communication abilities
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs and goals
    • Provide direct therapy services to clients across various age groups and communication disorders
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care
    • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
    • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Valid California license in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
    • Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of communication disorders preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
