- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the team
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans
- Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and track progress
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and issues
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies
- Perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers
- All other duties as assigned
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in a fastpaced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with others
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints
- Deep knowledge of construction, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control processes
