    About the Role

    Were looking for a Media Buyer who specializes in running paid advertising for attorneys and law firms. This role is for someone who understands legal marketing, compliance, lead quality, and how to build campaigns that attract real case opportunities, not just form fills.

    You wont just be launching ads. Youll be building and optimizing full lead-generation systems that drive qualified consultations and signed clients.

    This role requires deep experience with GoHighLevel. Youll be responsible not only for ads, but also for the full lead flow system, from click to booked consultation.

    What Youll Do

    • Build, launch, and optimize Meta and/or Google ad campaigns for law firms
    • Develop targeting strategies based on case type (PI, MedMal, etc.)
    • Write high-converting legal ad copy that follows compliance standards
    • Collaborate with our creative team on ad visuals, hooks, and messaging
    • Design and optimize funnels and landing pages (GoHighLevel preferred)
    • Track and improve CPL, CTR, CPC, lead quality, and booked consult rates
    • Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and conversion events
    • Provide weekly performance reports with optimization insights
    • Conduct competitor and market research in the legal space
    • Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel
    • Set up and maintain GHL automations (SMS, email, pipelines, tags, triggers, and workflows)
    • Ensure fast lead response systems are in place for attorneys
    • Monitor lead quality and improve follow-up performance

    What Were Looking For

    • Proven experience running ads for attorneys or law firms
    • Strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for funnels, automations, and CRM workflows (non-negotiable)
    • Strong understanding of legal lead generation and compliance
    • Ability to write persuasive, direct-response copy for legal services
    • Experience building or optimizing conversion-focused funnels
    • Comfortable working with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel builders
    • An analytical mindset with strong decision-making based on data
    • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage campaigns independently

    Bonus If You Have

    • Experience with Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice ads
    • Experience optimizing for booked consultations, not just leads
    • Familiarity with call tracking and lead qualification systems
