Join the SIMOS Team We're currently hiring full-time, long-term Warehouse/Distribution positions in Adairsville, GA Associates receive medical and dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks Base pay is between $15.69-$16.47/hour with weekly production incentives earning you more $75 Referral Bonus

    Available Shifts:
    • Weekend Day Shift: Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm ($15.69/hour plus incentive)
    • Night Shift A: Monday/Tuesday, 4:45pm-5:45am; and Sunday, 6:45pm-5:45am ($16.47/hour plus incentive)
    • Night Shift B: Wednesday/Thursday 4:45pm- 5:45am, and Friday 6:45pm- 5:45am ($16.47/hour plus incentive)

    Job Responsibilities
    • Load and unload trucks manually.
    • Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 70 pounds. Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
    • Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift.
    • Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and team work.
    • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
    • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
    • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
    • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
    • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
    • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
    Associate Requirements
    • HS Diploma or GED

    • Able to Lift 75 pounds
    • Drug Test
    • Stand for Shift Duration
    • Must be at least 18 years old
