We are seeking a versatile and motivated Painter/Loader to join our team. This role combines painting responsibilities with loading and unloading tasks, making it a crucial position in our operations.
The Painter/Loader will be responsible for both preparing surfaces and applying paint, as well as handling the loading and unloading of materials and products.

Responsibilities:
Painting Duties:
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks or holes, and applying primers or sealants as necessary
Paint Application:
Apply paint or coatings to surfaces using various techniques, including brush, roller, or spray, ensuring a smooth and even finish
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of painted surfaces, conducting inspections and making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
Color Matching:
Ensure accurate color matching and consistency in paint application to meet project specifications
Loading/Unloading Duties:

Material Handling:
Load and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently, using appropriate tools and equipment
Inventory Management:
Keep track of inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in organizing and maintaining a well-organized storage area
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling materials and products to maintain a safe working environment
Documentation:
Maintain records of materials loaded and unloaded, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation for tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
Painter
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Painter, including knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
Attention to detail and precision in paint application.
Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in the painting industry.
Loader
Qualifications:
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and objects.
Experience in loading and unloading materials, preferably in a similar industry.
Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines for material handling.
Combined Skills:
Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
