Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Software Architect/Lead Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software architecture and development, with proficiency in C#, Rust, JavaScript, and C++.

You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the overall quality of our products.

This position is onsite 1-2 times a week, additional flexibility available.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
Architect and design software systems that meet the company's technical and business requirements
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development
$170,000 - $200,000 a year
