We're expanding rapidly with offices spanning across the Colorado front range, the San Francisco Bay area, and the Texas metro areas of Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. This role will be based out of our Austin office (and operate as a work-from-home model), offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growing presence in Texas.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas Bar
    • Able to make in-court appearances in the Austin Metro
    • Work-from-home position, but must be located in the Austin Metro area to make all in-court appearances

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct consultations with potential clients and secure their representation
    • Provide expert advice on various family law matters
    • Represent clients as 1st chair in court proceedings, including mediation and depositions
    • Mentor and train junior team members

    Qualifications:

    Education / Credentials:

    • Juris Doctorate
    • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

    Experience:

    • Experience as a Family Law Attorney, or related experience
    • Expertise in Texas Family Law statutes

    Skills:

    • Demonstrated compassion and desire to assist others
    • Strong mentoring and team coaching abilities
    • Consistent track record of exceeding performance goals
