- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Able to make in-court appearances in the Austin Metro
- Work-from-home position, but must be located in the Austin Metro area to make all in-court appearances
- Conduct consultations with potential clients and secure their representation
- Provide expert advice on various family law matters
- Represent clients as 1st chair in court proceedings, including mediation and depositions
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Juris Doctorate
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- Experience as a Family Law Attorney, or related experience
- Expertise in Texas Family Law statutes
- Demonstrated compassion and desire to assist others
- Strong mentoring and team coaching abilities
- Consistent track record of exceeding performance goals
