    Primary Responsibilities for the Role:
    • Manage all aspects of the donor center in the absence of the Center Manager.
    • Foster a positive work environment that boosts morale and productivity.
    • Collaborate with Training and Quality teams to meet objectives.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to employees through Operations Supervisors.
    • Oversee operations, implement efficiency improvements, and make crucial decisions.
    • Handle all personnel matters and maintain staff records.
    • Supervise training initiatives for production staff.
    • Approve employee schedules to support donor cycles.
    Other Responsibilities for the Role:
    • Manage inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
    • Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
    • Oversee freezer operations and plasma shipments.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
    • Implement donor recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
    • Control center finances and maintain accurate records.
    • Monitor and address safety concerns.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and oversee special projects.
    • Support the center's mission in the community.
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
