- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly GL close support
- Quarterly and yearly financial reporting
- Manage fixed assets
- Ensure controls are in compliance with SOX
- Prepare budgets for various business segments
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- CPA and/or public accounting is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with US GAAP, SEC, and SOX
- Detail oriented and team player

Large, publicly traded real estate company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to add to their team. This role will oversee a staff of 2 and be involved in month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, and internal controls. We are targeting candidates with 4-7 years of accounting experience. While this role will have oversight of a team, prior management experience is not required. CPA and/or public accounting is a plus
