- Operate various equipment at our aggregate location efficiently and safely.
- Promote safe work practices and an excellent safety environment
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of all equipment
- Complete daily inspections and maintenance checklist
- Participate in pre-shift safety huddles
- Responsible to follow all onsite MSHA and environmental requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and various equipment repairs as needed
- Responsible for reporting incidents and accidents to supervisors
- Responsible to report to Plant Superintendent or Supervisors of any potential safety hazards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate equipment efficiently
- Ability to connect with supervisors and peers
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Ability to perform tasks as given from supervisors as well as work as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, sit, enter and exit large equipment
- Able to use arms, hands, and fingers
- Able to lift and handle objects
