    CTTX Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team on a one-year contract basis.

    As a Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to provide quality psychotherapy services to individuals with various mental health concerns.

    Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week. Substance Abuse Rehab Program, Naval Base.

    At CTTX Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional mental health care to our patients. The Psychologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients.

    You will provide evidence-based therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

    Requirements


    Requirements:

    • Valid license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of practice.
    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy.
    • Proficient in evidence-based therapy modalities, such as CBT and DBT.
    • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
    • Knowledge of mental health laws and ethical guidelines.
    • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and writing comprehensive reports.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with research in the field of psychology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial assessments and diagnostic interviews with patients.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
    • Provide psychotherapy services to individuals and groups using evidence-based modalities.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide integrated treatment.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and make adjustments as needed.
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
    • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment planning.
    • Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines in all aspects of practice.
