Role Description
As the Director of Operations, this role requires a full-time, on-site staff member located in Miami, FL. At Miami Beach Bum your day to day will focus on customer service, supply chain and the logistical side of wholesale partnerships (i.e. SpaceNK, Walmart, Anthropologie + more. )

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management including Inventory Management, Assist in Product Development, Maintain Manufacturer Relationships, Place and Manage POs.
Product Management. Keep Product Documents Up to date (PIFT, MOCRA + more).
End to End B2B Order Management from PO Processing, Payment and Fulfillment.
Oversee DTC and B2B Customer Service Flows

Office Management:
Including opening/closing, organization, utilities
Oversee Company Insurances, Sales Tax, Local Licensing,
All Freight

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience in the beauty or CPG space
Experience with developing and manufacturing consumer packaged goods
Experience with Inventory Management and Fulfillment Softwares like Unleashed, ShipBob & Amazon FBA
Good with Data & Analytics
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Must have a track record in CPG or a related industry. Competitive salary to match level of experience + benefits.
