    Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager for acontract lasting through December 2024 working with an insurance companyin Milwaukee, WI

    As we accelerate ourefforts to modernize, we are seeking a talented technical businessanalyst to assist in our efforts to redefine our contract and licensingprocesses, through workflow automation and other enabling technologies.

    This role will be working with a talented group of product managers,business stakeholders, engineering partners and design to redefine theway in which our technology streamlines our CLR processes throughautomation of workflow and integration of services with 3rd partyvendors such as Client.

    In partnership with the Sr.

    product manager, youcan expect to define a product vision and roadmap that drives efficiencyand transparency in multiple complex Contract Licensing and Registration(CLR) processes through implementation of workflow automation.

    Empowerour home office Contract License and Registration team to increaseefficiency and effectiveness of CLR processes enabling the long-termincrease of CLR throughput.

    Work with a talented team of partneringproduct managers, business analysts, engineers, designers, CLR expertsto define product vision, strategy and deliver experiences that drivebusiness outcomes.


    Responsibilities Product Vision:
    Sharedaccountability for the vision & execution of Contract Licensing andRegistration process and product modernization tied to businessoutcomes. Cultivate an understanding of the Contract Licensing andRegistration domain processes and products.


    Develop Roadmap:
    Sharedaccountability in cross functional strategic roadmaps in addition to theproducts in their domain. Define and track KPIs for measure of success.


    Gather Requirements:
    Gather complex product requirements with a generalunderstanding/knowledge of products in remit. Review and validaterequirements gathered from business partners.


    Define Product:
    Responsible to redefine complex business processes, the productssupporting new process and product features from start to finish

    Stakeholdering:
    Proactive communication and marketing of domain productswith stakeholders to ensure product strategy and vision is clear andaccepted by the organization


    Feature Prioritization:
    Develop andmaintain prioritized backlog of user stories for implementationaccording to business value or ROI


    Data & Customer Research:
    Informproduct decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data onbehavior and experimentation
