    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Public Service Human Services Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on implementing human service reform initiatives, analyzing policy options, and tracking progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, technical writing experience, and ability to interact with diverse groups.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze state and federal regulatory conformance, implementation feasibility, and desired outcomes for human service reform initiatives
    • Track progress and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Interact with diverse groups, including federal officers, staff, and subject matter experts

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in health care, human services, business, or public administration
    • Technical writing experience with state plan amendments, waivers, program policy, or similar documents
    • Experience interpreting state and federal laws, rules, and regulations

    Salary and Benefits Estimate

    The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana and moving and relocation reimbursement.
