The Role

This full-time Human Resources Generalist will report to the Senior Manager of HR Operations and be responsible for overseeing all HR-related responsibilities at our Woodlake Warehouse swing shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day people relations functions and develop partnerships with overnight employees;
• Handle on-site people relations including new hire onboarding, employee engagement, talent management offboarding exit interviews creating action plans and human resources policies;
• Report investigations to the HRBP in a consistent manner according to State Federal and Local laws;
• Maintain personnel records in payroll files including completeness accuracy data;
• Evaluate employee status changes ensure accurate reflection in payroll benefits updates;;
• Foster Nabis' culture motivating teams supporting change management recognition retention programs;

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as an HR generalist site manager or similar role federal state labor laws knowledge
