    Customer Advocate at Corcentric

    Join our team and become a Customer Advocate at Corcentric. You will be part of a lively and collaborative group in a dynamic global company. Your role will involve providing top-notch customer service and support, assisting the Outside Sales Director and Regional Vice President (RVP).

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with new and existing customers to maintain, generate, expand, and improve business by sharing information about current and new vendor programs and running promotions.
    • Reach out to customers and prospects through phone calls, emails, and WebEx to drive additional sales and promote different product lines. (Expectations include making about 30+ outbound calls daily.)
    • Handle new customer program enrollments, liaising with customers, suppliers, and team members.
    • Provide training to customers on e-commerce tools, including our billing portal and Buyer's Guide.
    • Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with the Outside Sales team to convert prospects into new clients.
    • Offer administrative assistance to the Sales Director and Regional Vice President (RVP), setting up appointments and following up with potential customers.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and effective customer strategies.
    • Plan, report, and monitor sales and customer support activities using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other management tools.

    Requirements:

    • Several years of experience in a relevant customer service or sales position.
    • Proficiency in outbound sales, goal setting, and account management.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Good computer skills, with the ability to quickly grasp and use new software.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and related features.
    • Exceptional customer service abilities, capable of building strong relationships and rapport.
    • Effective listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, ready to take the lead and apply business expertise.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a relevant industry.
