- Monitor and oversee various departments within the agency.
- Maintain compliance with state and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all Patriot Home Care policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review job descriptions for all employees annually.
- Manage office employee and Direct Care Worker personnel files.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet agency goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on assessment reports.
- Review payroll reports and incidents from the prior week.
- Track enrollment, transfer cases, and progress with onboarding.
- Establish and enforce policies regarding consumer rights and responsibilities.
- Assist with appeals for decreases in patients' hours.
- Maintain updated consumer records as per regulations.
- Report major events within mandated timeframes.
- Develop an emergency management plan aligned with national standards.
- Implement infection prevention and control programs.
- Ensure accuracy of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring for internal positions.
- Promote talent development, retention, and accountability among office employees.
