NIMA Enrollment Specialist

This position is a sales position and requires strong sales skills from day 1. We are looking for team members that are passionate, accountable, creative and that absolutely love people. The specific responsibilities for an Enrollment Specialist:
- Reply to all incoming prospective student leads in a timely, professional manner
- Be knowledgeable in all things related to NIMA to answer many questions
- Schedule and give facility tours to prospective students
- Enroll students and collect/manage tuition payments
- Work with Financial Aid estimates for prospective students
The requirements for success as an Enrollment Specialist:
- Personality is absolutely critical; you must be outgoing, friendly, good with people, upbeat, positive, and have a professional presence.
- Driven; much of your success is dependent on your willingness to "Get 'Er Done". Multi-tasking and operating at a fast pace is key
- Accountability; our environment is driven by meeting our numbers each month; you need to be comfortable and thrive in an environment driven by goals.
- Passion for the aesthetics industry; you need to embrace the positive impact that the aesthetics industry can have on our guests and students. You must have the desire to be a part of a highly skilled team.
- Detailed; you must be organized, structured, good at following protocols and be able to get the details right.
- Flexibility; NIMA is a growing company and our needs are constantly changing, we need people that are willing to do whatever it takes to meet goals, love having a variety of job responsibilities and think that change is a positive thing. Some evenings and weekend required.
What you don't need to have, but would be helpful:
- Experience or a previous background in Esthetics
- Knowledge of student financial aid processes
Compensation:
- Pay DOE + commission
- Health benefits for full time employees (30+ hours)
