Craft communications strategy for influencers that support positive relationships with both organic and paid influencers and growth in brand awareness, equity, and performance.

Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budgetCoordinating all influencers' giveaways to launch cross-functional digital promotionsStay on top of the always-evolving social media landscape, from industry news to emerging technologyManage our social media accounts (responding to comments accordingly) on all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTokWork with in-house graphic designers to create

Copywriting:
Develop persuasive and engaging copy for digital ads, email marketing campaigns, website content, blog posts, and social media platformsMaintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing materialsCollaborate with designers and content creators to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateralConduct thorough research to understand the target audience, market trends, and industry-specific terminologyEdit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines

Qualifications2+ years of experience in relevant fields (digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing)Knowledge in Shopify usage (preferred)Experience in strategy, building, and scaling acquisition and retention channelsComputer literate with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft OfficePassionate about digital and performance marketingExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesCreative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to growAbility to multitask, and prioritize effectivelyExperience with kitchen appliances & living appliances (preferred)Bilingual in Korean & English (strongly preferred)
