Job Summary
The dean serves as the academic and administrative head of the Lewis Honors College (LHC) responsible for communicating with prospective and current LHC students promoting engagement success of honors students leading enhancements to curriculum ensuring appropriate instructional resources managing budget collaborating with vice president on student recruitment admissions retention overseeing annual performance evaluations maintaining strong relationships across honors organizations assuming such other duties responsibilities requested by provost.
