- Answering phones and filing documents
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities
- Any level of experience with QuickBooks
- Assist with payroll
- Creating and entering purchase orders, bills, and credit card charges
- Reviewing vendor statements and requesting missing invoice
- Creating customer invoices and receiving payments
- Ordering office supplies
- Minimum of 40 hours per week with the preferred hours of 7:15am ? 4:15pm
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred, ability to speak Spanish and English, reading and writing in Spanish and English is a plus
