Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration & Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and execute complex Workday solutions across integrations, custom development, reporting, and HCM processes.The role requires a strong hands-on technologist who can independently design build troubleshoot and optimize enterprise-scale work day solutions not just oversee them You will work closely with cross-functional teams including HR Payroll IT project leadership and external vendors to drive technical excellence ensure robust scalable secure work day integrations applications Key Responsibilities include Designing building testing deploying supporting end-to-end of work day integrations using Studio Orchestrate EIB Core Connectors Cloud Connect Web Services also developing maintaining complex integration state-of-the-art systems third-party APIs error handling monitoring performance optimization building customize data transformation logic XML JSON XSLT calculated fields developing advanced reporting outputs BIRT other report designer RaaS layout design skills HCM functional expertise providing deep insight into core hcm absence time payroll benefits business process configuration security data models troubleshooting resolving production testing environments documenting artifacts test plans mentoring guiding less-experienced developers or resources staying up-to-date with latest releases features best practices.
