    Description


    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
    - Looking for a Physician Assistant
    - Must be an American Citizen or FMG
    - Excellent communication skills and empathy are a must
    - Board-Certified candidates are preferred
    - New graduates will also be considered


    EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
    - Position involves Hospital employment
    - Initial contract for 36 months, open to considering longer durations
    - Competitive base compensation with additional opportunities for quality and citizenship bonuses
    - Negotiable signing bonus, retention bonus, or a combination of both, tailored to hospital goals

    - Working with EMR system Meditech, plans to transition to Epic in 2025
    - Seeking PA-C/CRNP certification
    - Must be eligible for a license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
