Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Chaplain, responsible for providing spiritual guidance and assistance to patients, family members, and staff. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Pastoral Care and ensure the delivery of compassionate spiritual care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master of Divinity with Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
• 4 years of experience as a pastor or religious leader (including 1 year in a supervisory role)
• Ordained and/or certified as a religious leader by a recognized group
• Required certifications and licensure

Essential Functions

• Conduct religious services and administer sacraments
• Document activities in Electronic Health Records
• Assist in leadership development within the Pastoral Care Department
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patients and families
• Facilitate local clergy's ministry

• Provide spiritual resources for individuals of all faiths
• Participate in special projects
• Maintain denominational affiliation
• Support the department's goals
• Perform assigned duties efficiently
