- Master of Divinity with Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- 4 years of experience as a pastor or religious leader (including 1 year in a supervisory role)
- Ordained and/or certified as a religious leader by a recognized group
- Required certifications and licensure
- Conduct religious services and administer sacraments
- Document activities in Electronic Health Records
- Assist in leadership development within the Pastoral Care Department
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patients and families
- Facilitate local clergy's ministry

Job Summary
