StaffBright is actively seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager with 10+ years of experience playing a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of products or services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the organizations overall successDuties:

• Ensuring compliance, implementing quality management systems (QMS), reporting on metrics, ensuring adherence to IATF standards, etc.
• Providing guidance and training on quality systems to team
• Conducting risk assessments, reporting on metrics
• Addressing any customer complaints, and moreQualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong injection molding knowledge and experience; this person must come from working in a plant environment and be hands
• on on the production floor
• Very strong leadership/management skills
• IATF, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Principles knowledge
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc.
