• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

• Clinic Location: 2752 Harrison Ave, Suite A Eureka CA Clinic location); otherwise, physicians will be in the hospital (AR location).
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Potential for ongoing need.
• Full-Time GI Need: Considering 2 providers to pair together for scheduling.
  • 1 week of call per month
  • 4 days a week of procedures (dependent on hospital availability)
  • 1 day a week of clinic
• Simultaneous Responsibilities: There will be one week where providers are simultaneously on call, performing procedures, and in clinic. Rates will be as stated on the contracted rate sheet.
• Preferred Experience: Highly prefer someone with ERCP experience.
• Procedure Time: Set amount of time allotted per procedure is around 45 minutes.
• Anesthesia Availability: Hospital will ensure anesthesia is available when needed and may add another CRNA to assist.
