    Be the leader our store in San Augustine, TX needs. As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations and make key decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer service
    • Manage inventory levels to meet sales demands while minimizing waste and excess stock
    • Foster a positive store environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and respect among employees

    Duties Include:

    • Oversee employee recruitment and training programs to ensure compliance with company policies
