    Summary



    This position is located in the
    Department of Housing and Urban Development,
    Office of Field Policy and Management.


    The College Graduates Program affords developmental experiences in the Federal Government intended to promote careers in the civil service to individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions or programs.

    College graduates are appointed to career or career-conditional permanent positions in the competitive service.

    Duties

    As a
    Management Analyst, you will:


    • Assist the Senior Managers or Senior Analysts in identifying and analyzing areas of program performance and customer services in need of improvement; recommends solutions.
    • Perform research and analysis, and develops information about programs, policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
    • Prepare oral and written reports and presentations, graphs and charts that present clear, concise, and effective analytical results of evaluations and research.
    • Assist the office in furthering HUD's mission by functioning as a generalist who provides customer service and can research and compile general information on a full range of HUD programs and services for internal and external customers.
