    Summary:

    Seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Human Resources to support our mission and maximize employee engagement. As an integral part of our leadership, you will be involved in crafting plans, designing initiatives, and operationalizing user-friendly strategies that align with our business goals.

    Your role will be pivotal in providing direction and management to the HR function, and in aligning HR processes with our business strategies. You will present regular human resource statistical summaries, existing trends, forecasting and workforce planning, acting as the primary HR point of contact for your assigned business area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with business unit leaders to formulate strategic objectives aligning with business strategies
    • Designing and implementing various HR business projects to proactively meet the needs of the assigned business
    • Facilitating workforce planning for accurate staffing and scheduling
    • Improving 90-day retention for new hires in key positions by focusing on the onboarding process
    • Managing applicant pipeline effectively with hiring managers using Taleo
    • Collaborating with HR functions to design and implement key HR programs
    • Working with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee labor relations issues
    • Coaching managers in leadership abilities, team dynamics, interpersonal communication, and performance management
    • Assisting in the development and administration of HR policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations
    • Championing our Employee Engagement strategy at the community hospital level

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in a related field is Required.

    A Master's Degree is strongly preferred

    Experience

    7 to 10 years of related experience with management experience

    License/Certification

    Valid License or Certification as needed, based on the job or specialty
