    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the crane operator in assembling precast concrete products
    • Maintain safe areas within the crane's swing radius to prevent accidents
    • Safely assist in the crane's transportation and operation
    • Support in keeping safety and maintenance records for the crane
    • Ensure the crane is always in good working condition

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in operating and maintaining heavy construction machinery

    Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to follow instructions effectively
    • Excellent teamwork and professionalism skills
    • Comfort with working at heights and obtaining union membership
    • Knowledge of construction procedures
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Availability for frequent travel and overtime

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license with heavy equipment certification

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to navigate rough terrain, lift at least 50lbs, spatial awareness, climbing on flatbed trailers

    Work Environment:

    Outdoor work in various weather conditions, noise, and dust
