    Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star is seeking a PRN Operating Room Circulator. No calls, no weekends, and no holidays.

    RN Operating Room Circulator at Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star:

    • The RN Operating Room Circulator is responsible for the nursing activities related to patient care during an operative or invasive procedure.
    • The Operating Room Registered Nurse serves as a resource and provides guidance to non-licensed personnel.
    • This role involves caring for adult patients, including older adults through geriatric and pediatric patients from 1 month through adolescence.
    • Serving as a patient advocate and ensuring patient safety at all times.
    • Assisting the surgeon with invasive procedures.
    • Assisting with patient positioning.
    • Monitoring the patient's condition throughout the surgical process and responding quickly to any changes.
    • Maintaining a sterile field at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
    • Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
    • 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator required.
    • Current American Heart BLS certification.
