- You have 5 or more years of experience with commercial construction and real estate litigation;
- You have drafting and strong writing skills including motion practice;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with) the Florida Bar.
