We are currently seeking a LPN to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Hourly Rate: $30-34/hour (before differentials)
FULL TIME STAFF ELIGIBLE FOR $5K SIGN ON BONUS
Schedule: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am

LPN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration and education to clients
Ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales)
Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
Other duties as assigned
