Job summary
We are building a next-generation video editing team focused on speed, innovation, and technical experimentation.+You will be part of a small elite full-time team designed to operate at 150%+ the output of a traditional editor while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of how modern video editing is done using AI automation scripting emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
- Edit high volumes of short-form long-form video with exceptional speed quality Create mobile-first platform-native content TikTok Shorts Reels etc alongside traditional formats Pull raw footage directly from internal servers optimize workflows around large media files Experiment aggressively with AI-powered tools Automation scripting templates LLMs prompt-based workflows machine-learning-assisted editing Build test document new editing systems that improve Velocity Quality Scalability Cost efficiency Present new tools techniques workflows broader organization Help set norms for how editing done company-wide Absorb significant volume edits handled externally converting variable costs high-performance internal team Travel occasionally Industry events Local meetups Technology conferences Innovation-focused gatherings
